The Customer Success Manager ensures the smooth implementation and continued customer satisfaction for new and current Buildertrend customers. In 2019, Buildertrend was awarded the American Business Award for Customer Service Department of the Year. Successful Customer Success Managers will place an emphasis on conducting a large volume of training and consultation webinars to help customers onboard and implement Buildertrend into their daily operations. In addition to hosting webinars, Customer Success Managers handle a significant amount of incoming calls and emails to make sure our customers are always taken care of, contributing to our
award-winning customer service.
